Using this site

These terms cover olade.com and anything you do on it: reading, watching, booking a call, or sending a note. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Inquiries and bookings

Sending a note or booking a call doesn't create a contract or commit either side to a project. Olade takes on work only under a written agreement or signed estimate, and that agreement's terms govern the work, the fees, and the delivery.

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which has its own terms. Please give notice if you need to cancel or move a call.

Work shown on the site

Portfolio pieces are shown with the client's permission or are Olade's own sample work. Renders, imagery, and video of buildings that aren't built yet are artist's concepts: they show intent, not a guarantee of the finished building, its materials, views, or surroundings.

Prices, view counts, and listing details on portfolio pages describe the work at the time it was made and may no longer be current.

Ownership

The site's design, text, the Olade name and marks, and Olade's own imagery and video belong to Olade. Client work belongs to the client or is used under licence. You may share links to any page, but you may not copy, download, or reuse the images, video, or marks without written permission.

What you send

You confirm that you have the right to share any files or links you send, and you let Olade use them to reply and to scope the work. Nothing you send is published without your permission.

Links and other services

The site links to and embeds other services, such as Cal.com, Mux, and social platforms. Olade isn't responsible for their content or how they work.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as is. Olade works to keep it accurate and available but doesn't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, Olade isn't liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site.

Changes and governing law

Olade may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
