When you submit photos or MLS links to Olade, you guarantee that:

  • You hold the copyright or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use the photos.
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
  • You grant Olade a limited, non-exclusive license to process, modify, and use these images solely for the purpose of generating your video drafts.

4. Intellectual Property

The final generated video (once fully paid for, if applicable) is yours to use for marketing purposes. However, the proprietary AI models, rendering techniques, and software used to create the videos remain the exclusive property of Olade.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the AI-generated videos will perfectly reflect real-world dimensions or property layouts.
