About Olade
Olade is a presale marketing studio in Toronto, working with developers across North America. Developers hand us the making of the things that sell a project before it's built: video, renders, imagery, and the deck that ties it together.
It started with architectural renders. Developers and foundations were paying a month and a lot of money for stills that documented a building without selling it. We built a way to take what they already had and make it cinematic, in days.
We believe a company's reputation is set by how its work is shown. That's a job worth doing carefully, and it's the only thing Olade does.
Every asset is built from your plans, renders, photography, or product files. Nothing is invented that the source doesn't support.
